Access Inspection

Beyond mandatory legal inspections, we conduct thorough inspections of materials and components on a regular basis. We also undertake client-specific inspections as outlined and agreed upon in contracts, ensuring tailored quality assurance.

Re-stamping of Materials

We have the authorization from the certification authority Inspecta to re-stamp materials. This re-stamping process allows Filcon Filtration to certify the material used in manufacturing pressure-resistant filters meets all required standards.

Testing

Our testing facilities are outfitted to assess our products against a broad spectrum of internal and external standards. This rigorous testing protocol ensures our filter bags and other products excel in quality, capacity, and durability.

During Production

Control measurements and visual inspections form a cornerstone of our quality control procedures during the manufacturing process. This includes detailed inspections of the surface treatment of filters and filter components to ensure they meet our high standards.

Final Inspection

Our comprehensive quality assurance process includes a final inspection before any product is dispatched. This stage includes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for process filters, which customers are encouraged to attend.

We also welcome and facilitate customer-initiated controls, checks, and on-site inspections, pre-arranged and detailed in the contract, to provide complete transparency and confidence in our products and processes.
